Prices and Payment

  • All prices are listed in Euros (€) and include VAT.
  • Payment must be made in full before the order is dispatched.
  • We accept payments only via methods available on the checkout page.

Shipping and Delivery

  • We currently deliver orders only to the following EU countries: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, and Sweden.
  • Shipping costs and estimated delivery times will be shown at checkout.
  • Delivery times are estimates only and may be delayed due to circumstances beyond our control.

Right of Withdrawal (Returns)

  • Consumers have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 calendar days of receiving the product without giving any reason, in accordance with EU consumer protection laws.
  • To exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer must inform us in writing (email or letter) within the withdrawal period.
  • Products must be returned in original condition and packaging.
  • The customer is responsible for return shipping costs, except when the product is defective or incorrect.
  • Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned product.

Warranty and Liability

  • Products come with the manufacturer’s warranty.
  • Warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, unauthorized repairs, or normal wear and tear.
  • Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the product.
  • We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from product use.
