Returns

  • You have the right to return any item within 14 days of receiving it.
  • The item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.
  • To initiate a return, please contact us at info@laserlevel.eu with your order number and reason for return.
  • Once your return is authorized, we will provide you with instructions on how to return the item.

Please note: The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Refunds

  • Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will process your refund within 10-14 business days.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Faulty or Defected Items

  • We will arrange for the return of the faulty item at our expense and send you a replacement or issue a full refund.
  • When returning item back to us, buyer is responsible for all shipping costs.

Warranty

  • All products come with a manufacturer’s warranty. Warranty details are included in the product descriptions and packaging.
  • The warranty covers defects in materials or workmanship, but does not cover damage caused by misuse or accidents.

How to Return an Item

To return an item, please follow these steps:

  • Package the item securely in its original packaging.
  • Send the item to the provided return address (we will provide this once the return is authorized).

Please make sure to keep proof of postage, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.
